Observation

WAC-110-0356(5)(d) After multiple interviews with staff and the licensee Steve Duval, this allegation is found to be Not Valid. This WAC 110-300-0356(3) is valid after multiple interviews with staff and the licensee Steve Duval stating that he is over the licensed amount of 27 school age children on site at one time. Attendance records were also reviewed that showed that that the center was over the licensed capacity of 27 school age children present on-site between December the 12th 2022 to January the 11th 2023 multiple times.
